How do I avoid feeling guilty about relaxing?<\/b> Repeat after me: Rest is productive! You’re recharging your batteries, which helps you perform better later. <\/p>\n
What’s better – planning everything or going with the flow?<\/b> I like a mix! Maybe plan one or two activities but leave room for spontaneous fun. <\/p>\n
